Group Sales Manager here at the Kimmel Center, so I can help you and
your group out with any questions you might have about organizing a

There are 2 ways to go about setting up a group:
The first is a “Traditional Group,” where one person acts as group leader.
They coordinate the reservation with the group sales team, organize and get
people interested in attending as a group, and collect/issue payment to the
Kimmel Center. In my opinion this is the best option, as long as someone is
able to act as group leader.

The primary advantage of this type of group is the ability to reserve
blocks of seats so your group can experience the evening together.
By going this route, the only additional fee (besides the ticket price)
is a $20 group sales fee applied to the whole order.

It can require more labor, but will be cheaper for the group as a whole.
The second option is through the use of a group bundle code. This option
is for groups who don’t have a central leader but still want to take
advantage of the discounted group rate.

This is the option for those organizations who don’t want to deal with
the logistics of organizing a group but want to offer the group discount to
their members. With this option I set up a promo code which will give a
15% off discount.

The unique code can be distributed to the organization and each member can
purchase tickets at their leisure. The discount code would be
valid at the Box Office, over the phone, or online and
would be subject to the standard ticketing fees.

Ticketing fees vary based on the method of purchase but are cheapest by
purchasing in person at the box office.
